VetConnexx is committed to our country and the veterans who have risked their lives to protect it. Our goal is to reach out to these warriors and offer them something in return for their service: a new career path. We offer veterans with disabilities, returning veterans and their spouses meaningful opportunities for permanent employment.
VetConnexx is led by Larry Ellis, a service disabled veteran himself. General Ellis served more than 35 years active duty including overseas tours in Europe, the Pacific and the Balkans before retiring as the Commander of US Army Forces Command. He’s joined by an elite management team and Board of Advisors.
VetConnexx specializes in providing best-in-class customer service to Fortune 500 companies while providing returning and disabled veterans with meaningful post-deployment jobs.
Returning veterans are pre-screened, recruited, hired and trained to deliver the highest level of inside sales, technical support and customer care to help clients create more profitable relationships with their customers in the U.S. and around the world.
Why the contact center?
Contact center jobs are well-suited for veterans with physical disabilities because they do not require employees to stand for long periods of time. However, not all veterans with disabilities have physical disabilities. The plan is to provide meaningful employment with a career path for all veterans whether disabled or not.
While this program is a great opportunity for veterans, all agents must meet required performance metrics and will work closely with VetConnexx to help those veterans better suited for other jobs find opportunities in which they will be the most successful.
VetConnexx is looking to expand rapidly, starting in Atlanta, and national expansion later this year. These initial veterans will be based in Atlanta, drawing qualified candidates from Fort McPherson and Fort Benning – both labor markets with large veteran populations.
